WHAT SEPARATES SERGIO'S FROM THE REST:
Trimmed & butchered in our kitchen every morning. Veal is flash fried in Canola oil (zero cholesterol)--NOT deep-fried in lard or shortening...Extra lean ground beef, seasoned and rolled into meatballs on premises-NOT from frozen or processed in a factory somewhere!
WHACKED & delivered same day (it doesn't get any fresher), grain fed, zero pump NOT "seasoned" ( injected with salt water to plump them up!), only to have them shrink when cooked!
FRESH packed tomatoes brought up from California where the growing season is perfect, resulting in a more flavourful sauce with NO added sugars or preservatives.
We 3/4 cook our pasta, rinse in cold water 5-6 times to rid of excess starch (making it healthier)...high in IRON, THIAMINE, NIACIN and FOLATE! NOT pre-packaged.
SANDWICH TOPPINGS & PRODUCE:
Fresh mushrooms, sliced and grilled each morning...NOT out of a can...Fresh romaine lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, onions that are purchased locally (Borsa's) to achieve the freshest quality possible...REAL Mozzarella, Provolone & Parmigiano cheeses, high in CALCIUM & VITAMIN A...NOT PROCESSED with flavour and colour added.
AND YES...we even make OUR OWN Bread Crumbs, Garlic Butter, Greek & Caesar Salad Dressings!!

This is my absolute favorite fundraiser that I'm involved with to benefit Tiny Station 4 in Wyebridge, the 'Sergio's/Giggles Spaghetti Fundraiser'. We began this wonderful fundraiser back in 2002. This year it is being held on Saturday November 3rd, 2018.
